With this in mind our Head Chef Danny has designed our menus with a lot of thought and care put into each and every dish.
Flavour, nutrition, quality & thoughtful preparation shines through. Our menu offers a nod to tradition with a range of hearty favourites but also adds a healthy dollop of imagination and flair that creates a personality and style that is uniquely Tom Sheridan’s.
We strive always to provide as best we can for dietary needs with a range of vegetarian and gluten free options and we urge our customers to let us know if they have any requirements that are not catered for as we would be happy to amend dishes to suit.
Lunch at Sheridan’s incorporates a host of tasty vittles to suit all tastes with a range of gourmet wraps, salads and hearty favourites like our 100% Striploin Burger or our Duck, Shrimp and Egg Noodles .
In the evening along with the scrumptious offerings on the main menu you can also avail of some mouth watering specials, such as Steak with all the trimmings, onion rings and a pint for €16.95! Or for pizza lovers why not try one of our stone baked pizzas.
Every day Chef Danny also comes up with a specials menu comprised of the best in fresh seasonal ingredients. This menu changes daily for those who crave variety and value!
